CREME DE MENTHE BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

MINT ICING:

1/4 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. mint flavored syrup

CHOCOLATE TOPPING:

1 pkg. (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter

Prepare chocolate base, beat butter, add sugar and beat until well combined. Add eggs one at a time. Beat flour mixture, chocolate syrup and vanilla into butter mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes in greased and lightly floured 9 x 13 pan. Cool completely. Prepare mint icing, beat butter until light and fluffy. Beat in powdered sugar and mint syrup. Spread over chocolate base and refrigerate 1 hour. Prepare chocolate topping, melt chocolate chips and butter until smooth. Spread over icing. Refrigerate to set. Refrigerate leftovers.
