CREME DE MENTHE BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
16 oz. can Hershey's syrup
2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter, room temperature
1/4 c. green creme de menthe
1 c. melted chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Cream sugar and 1/2 cup butter. Add eggs; beat well. Add vanilla, flour, salt and Hershey's syrup. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Mix together 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 stick butter and creme de menthe. Beat until fluffy. Spread over cooled brownies. COOL completely. Melt chocolate chips, add 6 tablespoons butter. Beat well. Frost creme de menthe brownies. Best if made ahead of time and refrigerated. Makes 30 to 40 good sized brownies.
