CRUNCHY WHEAT PILLOWS | |
4 c. spoon size shredded wheat Non stick spray 1 c. finely shredded sharp cheddar 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Spread shredded wheat on baking sheet. Spray generously with non stick cooking spray; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes or until crisp. Keep refrigerated in air tight container. Makes 6 cups. For 1/2 cup serving, 163 calories, 8 g protein, 7 g fat, 17 g carbohydrates, 150 mg sodium. |
