CRISP ONION - ROASTED POTATOES 
1 envelope Lipton onion or onion mushroom soup mix
1/2 c. olive or vegetable oil
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. thyme leaves
1 tsp. marjoram leaves
1 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. potatoes, cut into quarters

In shallow baking or roasting pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly. Bake, stirring occasionally, 60 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Garnish, if desired with chopped parsley. Makes about 8 servings.
