TANGY MICROWAVE CAULIFLOWER 
1 med. head fresh cauliflower
2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Place cauliflower in 1 1/2 quart casserole bowl. Add water. Cover with glass lid or a plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 9 to 10 minutes or until crisp and tender.

Combine mayonnaise and mustard in small mixing bowl. Spoon on top of cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese. Place lid on bowl to melt cheese. Leave whole or separate flowerets.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
