BRAN RAISIN MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. bran
3/4 c. skim milk
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. egg beaters
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. seedless raisins

Combine bran, milk, and orange juice; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in egg beaters and butter until blended. In small bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda; stir into bran mixture just until moistened. Stir in raisins. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
