PEANUT BUTTER CANDY | |
3 (1/4 lb.) sticks butter 1 (16 oz.) jar creamy peanut butter 1 (8 oz.) c. graham cracker crumbs 1/2 lb. powdered sugar 1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips Low heat melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter. Add peanut butter and blend in crumbs and sugar; mix until smooth. Put in cookie pan and refrigerate 1/2 hour. Melt remaining butter. Add chocolate chips. Low heat until smooth. Spread over peanut butter mixture and cool in refrigerator for 1 hour or until chocolate sets. |
