2 sticks butter
1 c. peanut butter
4 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. chocolate chips

Melt butter. Add peanut butter and stir until melted. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Spread in 13x9 inch ungreased pan. Chill. Melt chocolate chips and pour over chilled peanut butter mixture. Cool, cut and store.
