SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 large can pineapple chunks with syrup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 small green pepper, chopped

Prepare meatballs or use frozen ones purchased from the store. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet. Add pineapple, vinegar and soy sauce and bring to boil. Reduce heat slightly and stir until thickened. Add green pepper and cook until tender. Add meatballs and simmer until heated through. Serve over cooked rice.
