GLAZED PECANS 
4 c. pecan halves
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream (or half & half)
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients, except pecans. Stir over medium heat constantly, until sugar dissolves. Continue until temperature reaches 220 degrees on candy thermometer. Remove from heat. Add pecans. Stir until well coated. Spread pecans on waxed paper and separate with fork. Cool.
