RUTH'S UNBAKED BARS 
Graham crackers
1/2 c. butter
Pinch of salt
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 c. coconut

Line a greased 9"x13" pan with whole graham crackers. Combine the other ingredients and boil for 10 minutes. Spread this mixture on top of crackers in pan. Place another layer of whole graham crackers on top of filling. Let cool slightly; but, while still warm, frost with a powdered sugar icing.
