EGG AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
6 slices white bread
2 lbs. mild sausage
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
12 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced
6 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
1 c. half & half
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Place bread in bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Fry sausage and drain. Mix sausage with mustard and sprinkle over bread. Place cheese over sausage. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly and pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next day, let casserole reach room temperature. Uncover and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until top is browned.
