SMETINA COFFEE CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. smetina (sour cream)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cherry pie filling
1 tsp. vanilla

CRUMBS:

1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Make crumb mixture like for pie crust.

Mix together butter and sugar. Add eggs and sour cream. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture and add vanilla. Pour 1/2 of dough in a 13"x9" pan. Cover with layer of pie filling. Add remaining 1/2 of dough. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
