SGM MAC BREAKFAST SKILLET 
Adjust amounts depending on how many you serve.

chopped onions
chopped peppers
sausage, ham, or bacon
hash brown potatoes
eggs, beaten
shredded cheese
seasonings (your choice)
olive oil

In a covered skillet add olive oil, on low to medium heat setting. Add fresh onions of choice, add fresh peppers of choice, then add either chopped bacon, chopped ham or chopped sausage of choice. Turn or stir as needed. Simmer until soft or cooked.

Then add hash brown potatoes, then turn or stir until brown in skillet also, then season with your choice of seasonings.

Reduce heat to low. Add whipped eggs on top and cook until firm covered then sprinkle your cheese of choice. Cook until cheese is melted then serve.
