CHILE RELLENO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. garlic, minced
Seasoned salt
Chile powder
2 cans (7 oz.) green chiles, chopped
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. half & half
1 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce or picante sauce

Brown meat with pepper, onion, oregano, garlic and salt and pepper. Spread chili pepper on bottom of greased baking dish. Cover with browned meat; sprinkle with cheese.

Combine eggs, cream and flour; pour over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour sauce on top and bake for 10 minutes longer.
