1 lb. hamburger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
3/4 c. raisins
1 can olives, sliced
1 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. green chiles
1 tbsp. chili powder
6 eggs
6 cans corn
Brown sugar
Salt, pepper and paprika

Cook hamburger and onion, drain. Add rest of ingredients and cook until flavors blend. Hard boil 6 eggs or more and set aside. Blend corn in processor. Add 1 teaspoon chili powder, salt, pepper, 2 eggs, and 1 tablespoon flour. Layer hamburger in deep large pan. Slice eggs and layer on hamburger. Pour corn mixture on top. Top with brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 90 minutes. QUE RICO!!!
