CHILE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 lg. green pepper
2 hot peppers
2 cloves garlic
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 lg. can red kidney beans
1 med. can herb tomato sauce
2 tbsp. chile powder
2 drops Tabasco
1 tbsp. oregano

Saute ground beef; add onions, green peppers and garlic. Continue to saute. Add all remaining ingredients and cook 30 to 40 minutes. Let simmer 2 to 3 hours.
