LIGHT 'N FRUITY PIE | |
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello (strawberry) 2/3 c. boiling water 2 c. ice cubes 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed 1 c. strawberries, whole 1 graham cracker crust Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water, stirring 3 minutes. Add ice cubes and stir until thickened, 2-3 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice. Blend in Cool Whip and whip until smooth. Fold in fruit. Chill if necessary until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust. Chill 3 hours. (May substitute strawberry Jello for raspberry or berry blue. Substitute strawberries for raspberries or blueberries.) |
