CHEESY MEATBALLS AND RICE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 slice white bread, crumbled
2 tsp. instant, minced onions
2 tbsp. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. processed cheese, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. whole milk
6-8 servings instant rice

Mix ground beef, egg, bread, onion, milk and salt thoroughly. Shape into meatballs. Brown in pan; drain. Add soup, milk and cheese in same pan. Cover and simmer low heat for about 20 minutes on top of stove. Fix rice as directed on package. Serve with cheesy meatballs.
