1 med. sized zucchini
1-2 tbsp. butter
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1 med. onion, sliced

Slice zucchini and place in microwave dish covered with wax paper or plastic wrap with 1 tablespoon water. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Drain zucchini and saute with sliced onion, in a hot fry pan with the butter and until lightly browned. Season to taste.
