EASY ZUCCHINI LASAGNA 
2 1/2 c. water
2- 16 oz. spaghetti sauce
1- 15 oz. spaghetti sauce
1- 16 oz. box lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 lb. ricotta cheese
12 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
1 c. parmesan cheese
4 c. zucchini, grated and drained

Mix first three ingredients in bowl. May add cooked hamburg or sausage to this mixture. Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of lasagna pan. Spread ricotta cheese on noodles and layer next. Sprinkle zucchini, mozzarella and parmesan cheese next. Repeat process (usually three layers) ending with sauce.

Bake at 350°F for one hour.
