1 box Duncan Hines golden butter cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. Pepsi
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Place chopped nuts in bottom of bundt pan. Mix ingredients; beat 2 minutes. Pour over nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. Pepsi
1/4 c. water

Boil 2-3 minutes. Pour hot glaze over hot cake immediately. Let stand in bundt pan for only 15 minutes. No longer - this is important.
