2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. Pepsi
2 sticks butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix sugar and flour. In a pan, mix Pepsi, butter, cocoa and bring to a boil. Pour into sugar and flour. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9"x13" pan. While cake is baking, prepare frosting.

FROSTING:

1/3 c. Pepsi
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. nuts (opt.)

Mix Pepsi, butter and cocoa and bring to a boil. Add to the rest of the ingredients and mix well. (This recipe will make a cake or 3 dozen cupcakes.)
