In large bowl sift together:

2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour

Mix in saucepan:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Pepsi Cola

Bring to boil and pour over dry mixture.

Then add:

1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda (in buttermilk)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sm. marshmallows

Mix all together and pour into well greased pan 13x9x2. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

ICING:

Mix in saucepan and bring to boil:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. Pepsi Cola

Remove from stove and add:

1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans (chopped)

Mix and spread over hot cake. You do not have to use mixer with this cake. Mix it all with a mixing spoon.

This cake is great to bring on a picnic or barbecue as you do not remove it from the pan to ice. The only disadvantage is it is not the prettiest cake because you leave it in the pan but the taste is fantastic and the longer it sets the better it becomes.
