FLUFFY RICE 
1 c. rice (washed)
2 qts. boiling water
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. white vinegar

Bring water, salt and vinegar to a rolling boil. Add rice and cook 20 minutes. Pour into a metal canister and drain. To make rice fluffy, set colander of rice in a pie pan and place in hot oven for a few minutes before serving.
