FLUFFY WHITE RICE | |
1 1/2 c. raw white rice 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tbsp. butter 1. In medium saucepan, combine 3 cups cold water with the rice, salt and butter. 2. Bring to boiling, uncovered. 3. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 12-14 minutes, or until rice is tender and water is absorbed. 4. Fluff up with fork. |
