FLUFFY WHITE ICING 
1 egg white
2 c. 10x sugar
1/3 c. shortening
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. hot milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg white until stiff. Add 1/4 cup of the sugar, gradually, and beat as for

meringue. Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl and beat until smooth. Fold in egg white mixture and blend well. (If not stiff enough, add a little more sugar.)
