FLUFFY BUTTERED RICE 
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. uncooked long grain rice
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2-3 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine chicken broth and 1 1/4 cup water in large glass measuring cup. Cook in microwave on high for 4 minutes. Place rice in casserole dish and add the hot liquid, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Mix well and cover. Cook on high 18 minutes, stirring after 9 minutes. Place butter in a 1 cup liquid measuring cup. Melt in microwave, pour over rice and serve immediately.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
