MACARONI AND CHEESE 
Reg. size box macaroni
1 can mushroom soup
1 lg. onion
2 tbsp. pepper
3 lbs. Velveeta cheese (Mexican if you want tangy)
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Boil macaroni until done. Chop onion and put in microwave 3 minutes. In saucepan melt cheese in milk, then add soup, seasonings, plus onion. Put over macaroni and serve. (Thin with milk.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
