SUN-KISSED STRAWBERRY PRESERVES 
1 qt. strawberries
1 qt. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar

Bring strawberries and vinegar to boil and boil for 3 minutes. Stir in sugar and boil all for 6 more minutes. Pour into shallow pans or plates and let stand for 24 hours, part of the time out in the sun. Pack in glasses and seal.
