FROZEN STRAWBERRY PRESERVES 
2 c. crushed strawberries
4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1 box fruit pectin

Stir strawberries and sugar in a bowl, blend well. Bring water and pectin to a boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add pectin and strawberry mixtures together, stirring for 3 minutes. Pour mixture into half-pint jars within 1 inch of top. Put on cap, tighten on band. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours or until set. Freeze. Makes 6 half pints.
