BAKED PORK CHOPS 
A favorite at my home!

pork chops (with bone)
carrots, cut up
1 onion
potatoes, cut up
1 vinegar pepper (optional) or pepper flakes
1 garlic clove
some oil
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
season with salt, pepper, oregano, a dash of vinegar

Place all ingredients (except sauce) in baking dish. Cover with foil, with holes for steam to escape. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Check, if pork breaks away, easy, with a fork. If not return to oven, check again, then add tomato sauce. Return to oven, for about 25 minutes, more or less.
