JELLO SALAD WITH PINEAPPLE SAUCE 
2 (3 oz.) boxes Jello, any flavor
1 can fruit cocktail, drained

SAUCE:

1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. Cool Whip

Make Jello as directed on the box. Add the fruit cocktail to the Jello and chill until set.

To make the sauce, mix all the ingredients except the Cool Whip in a saucepan. Cook until thick. Cool, then add the Cool Whip. Spread on top of the Jello.
