IOLA OFFICER'S LEMON SHERBET 
1 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk

Combine ingredients in order listed. Sugar to lemon juice and then add milk (milk will curdle if added first). Beat until well mixed. Freeze in covered container stirring once to break up sherbet. You may also substitute 1/2 cup lemon, 1/2 cup lime or 1/2 cup lemon and 1/2 cup orange.
