COLE SLAW DRESSING 
1/2 c. vinegar
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. pepper

Put all ingredients in blender until smooth. Shred small head cabbage and pour dressing over. Refrigerate for an hour or so before serving.
