FLUFFY MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 med. slices soft bread
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. minced onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each pepper, dry mustard, sage, celery salt & garlic salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Tear bread into pieces and add 1 cup milk or use 1 cup dry bread crumbs and 1 1/4 cups milk.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. For better browning, shape into loaf on shallow baking pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until done. Spread 3 tablespoons catsup on top before baking. 8 servings.
