10 c. applesauce
1 box powdered pectin
cinnamon oil to taste
red food coloring
7 c. sugar

Combine applesauce and powdered pectin in saucepan. Heat to boiling. Add cinnamon oil, red food coloring and sugar. Cook 10 minutes. Pour into scalded jars or glasses. Seal.
