11 c. applesauce
6 c. sugar
1/2 c. cinnamon candy
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves

Combine first 4 ingredients and cook 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Add cinnamon and cloves.
