SOUR CREAM COCONUT CAKE | |
1 white sheet cake 2 lg. pkgs. fresh frozen coconut 2 c. sugar 2 sm. sour cream Mix last 3 ingredients and set overnight in refrigerator. Trim layers and split layers with string. Layer cake, coconut mixture, cake, ending with coconut mixture on top. Place in freezer 1/2 day or more before serving. Keeps well in airtight container in freezer. |
