Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 c. rolled oats

Cream butter and sugars together until well mixed. Add oats. Mix well. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet and press lightly. Bake 8-10 minutes until brown. Makes 3 dozen.
