YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash
1 sm. onion
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. sugar or 1 grain saccharin
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs

Cook onion with squash. Add next 4 ingredients. Pour in buttered casserole, top with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. this recipe can be blended and save time and nutrition. Put milk and egg in blender, add cut up squash and onion, salt and sugar. Blend and pour in greased casserole and top with crumbs and cheese. Serves 4 to 6.
