SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 qt. cooked yellow squash
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 c. cooked rice
1 med. to lg. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
1 c. grated sharp cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Buttered bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients and pour into baking dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
