ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
3-4 c. cubed zucchini squash
1 lb. ground chuck
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. rice, uncooked
Basil
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Cheese for top

Brown meat and drain. Mix squash, meat, onion, and tomato. Add basil, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Add all to greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Do not add water. Makes own juice. Melt cheese on top.
