ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
4 sm. zucchini (approx.)
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2-1 lb. hamburger or sausage
1/4 c. butter
2 c. bread cubes
5 or 6 slices tomato
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Prepare spaghetti sauce with tomato sauce, oregano and parsley. Brown meat and drain. Cut zucchini into strips. Melt butter and stir in bread crumbs.

In casserole put sausage in the bottom. Add part of the sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and 1/2 of the bread. Add meat. Add layer of cheese and tomato slices. Add rest of sauce, bread and a little more Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees or until squash is tender.
