ZUCCHINI TOMATO CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked spaghetti
2 c. tomatoes
2 c. zucchini, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Onion salt to taste
Garlic salt to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
Cheese, sliced or grated
Ground beef (if desired)

Cook spaghetti until done; drain. Place in bottom of a 9 x 9 inch baking pan or dish. Cook tomatoes and zucchini with salt and sugar until tender; pour over spaghetti and add melted butter. Top with cheese and bake in a 350 degree over for 25 to 30 minutes. If adding the ground beef, brown and add to zucchini and tomatoes to be poured over the spaghetti. Serves 6.
