ZUCCHINI-TOMATO CASSEROLE 
6 sm. zucchini
1 lg. onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce or No. 2 can tomatoes
1 green pepper
3 stalks celery (optional)

Thinly slice zucchini after washing well. Add sliced pepper (cut across into rings). Slice celery and onion rings. Put in large saucepan and add tomato sauce. Cook until vegetables are tender and sauce is thick. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot. 4-6 servings. Freezes well.
