BIG MAMA'S SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. squash
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 sm. can evaporated milk
4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped onions

Slice squash and boil until tender. drain. Beat together all other ingredients. Add squash and mix together. Pour into lightly greased glass baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
