BROILED DEVILED FISH FILLETS 
1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets
1/4 c. tomato juice
4 drops Tabasco sauce
4 tsp. vegetable oil
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
4 tsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat broiler. Butter rack of broiler pan and place fish fillets on it. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread evenly over fish. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat without turning, for 5 minutes until fish flakes easily.
