1 pkg. white cornbread mix
1 egg
1/2 c. onions, copped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 can whole grain corn (kernel) (add water if needed)
Dash garlic salt
1 hot pepper

Mix together. Drop from spoon into hot grease. Cook until brown. Serve hot with fish or butter.
