BROCCOLI & CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli 4 beaten eggs 1 c. saltine cracker crumbs (26) 1 med. onion, chopped finely 3 tbsp. melted butter 1 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1/4 c. saltine cracker crumbs 1/2 c. melted butter Cook broccoli and put in large mixing bowl. Add both corns and the next 6 ingredients; mix this well. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Combine 1/4 cup saltine cracker crumbs with 1/2 cup melted butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. |
